We encourage researchers to submit their experiments on planarian expression patterns published in the literature for inclusion into the centralized database, PlanGexQDB.

In order to submit new expression patterns, please encode the patterns with PlanGexQ in a database file and email the database file to lobo.lab (at) umbc.edu. We will include your new expression patterns into the next version of the centralized database and make it available for the scientific community.
