Planform is an application for the design, storage, and search of formally-encoded planarian regenerative experiments, manipulations, and morphologies. Planform provides a graphical user interface that allows any scientist using a standard desktop computer to query, input, and search for specific planarian experiments.
PlanformDB is an experiment-phenotype database of planarian regeneration data published in the literature. Currently, it contains more than 1,500 different experiments, and we are continuously expanding it with new results. PlanformDB can be accessed with the software tool Planform, which facilitates the search, mining, and modification of the dataset.
The software tool and database are freely available for download from this web.
