Limbform is an application for the design, storage, and search of formally-encoded limb regenerative experiments, manipulations, and morphologies. Limbform provides a graphical user interface that allows any scientist using a standard desktop computer to query, input, and search for specific limb experiments.
LimbformDB is an experiment-phenotype database of limb regeneration data published in the literature. Currently, it contains more than 800 different experiments, and we are continuously expanding it with new results. LimbformDB can be accessed with the software tool Limbform, which facilitates the search, mining, and modification of the dataset.
The software tool and database are freely available for download from this web.
